Whilst there are the obvious routes to take such as seeing a dermatologist or your local GP, the fact is that most of the prescribed medications are moderately effective at best. Further more, they often simply battle with the end result of acne, instead of targeting the root cause.
Whilst I think these are a good option and it's always advisable to seek professional medical advice, from the relatively fast results I personally saw with this program, it's certainly worth a shot. Particularly when you consider the low costs to implement it.
Personally, I feel that the product is surrounded by a little hype and I say that based on my personal experience of it NOT working in 3 days. But on the other hand, having seen a visible clear up around my jaw line and nose, I was really pleased with the results I experienced in just one week.
The only problem I would see is that it might not suit everyone's lifestyle and current condition, which I cannot possibly predict or know...so I can only say this:
Give it a try and if it doesn't get similar results as I got (or hopefully better!), then just ask for a refund. You will have no problems getting your money back through the company that sells the book and I actually did a test refund on a secondary purchase to make sure they honour their refunds. (They sell the guide through a payment processor called Clickbank who are very good at protecting the buyer's rights and money).
